athletes are required to bring a rucksack capable of carrying
a dry weight of 45 pounds for men and 35 pounds for women
as well as the weight/fill they want to use during finals.
athletes can use any type of material to achieve the weight requirement.
rrl will not provide rucks or weight fill.
athletes who accept their invitation will receive detailed logistical information to
include hotel options, packing list, and pre-finals briefing call with rrl by october 1.
